The app. Currently has a bug that needs to be fixed...this pops up everytime I open it. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Not able to access my membership tabs.. app keeps crashing while clicking that.
I love this gym and the app is awesome!! Its alot of fun, educational and so simple to use!! The app is great for EVERYONE and I MEAN EVERYONE!! Weather you're a beginner just working out for the first time in need of a little guidance or a lot of guidance or someone needing a little training for that marathon coming up or thinking about taking up a spin class or learning yoga for the first time?? LOL literally the app and the club has something for everyone out there
Not easy to navigate or understand to me. I don't get how to track my workouts.
No barcode to scan
Can't use this app. Requires a barcode to create an account, but there is not a barcode on the RFID card I was given when I signed up.
I like this app, able to find classes at the gyms I go to in my area. I have not used it for much else but there is a social feed for your gym, a challenges center, shows what's playing in the cardio theater, has a section to take u to other workouts.
Wants barcode, there is no barcode on the fob they give u. I asked staff and they said they had nothing to do with the app 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Awful...nothing in this app is working. It's a great set up and would be helpful if it actually worked.
Barcode isn't for scanning in. Says it has a barcode and ask staff for it. You're assuming it's to scan in but it isn't. Get up to date like many other gyms and have your app be used for entry!!! I don't want to carry yet another thing into the gym that credit card sized RFID card.
